"Premier Performance" will be offering year-round
training for volleyball players in the Metropolitan and surrounding
areas. From private one-on-one lessons to small groups and camps,
we will offer specialized and general skills training for volleyball
players wishing to take their game to a higher level. This program
will provide consistent training for our coaches and players, with
standardized drills and philosophies to help our athlete's development
transition smoothly from year to year.
We are also proud to announce Premier Performance's Director of Training:
Amy McLeay! Yes, everyone she's back! Amy is returning to our
club after a short hiatus in Oahu, Hawaii. We are excited to
have Amy back and especially in this position, to share her expertise, directing
our new program. Amy will work with a number of coaches to develop a consistent and
reliable approach for all of the athletes and teams we train.
We will provide player technique training, video feedback and bio-mechanical breakdown of skill movements to enhance the development of the complete volleyball player. Also, we will provide coaching skills and drills training to enhance the learning process for coaches.
In conjunction with Xplosive Edge Strength training and our in-season club instruction, we will offer volleyball specific training based on proven principles and strategies to improve each player's and coach's skills and knowledge of the game.
Premier Performance is excited to offer this expanded training for the serious athlete on a year-round basis. We have on-site presence at The Courts Volleyball Training Facility to serve your individual or team needs.
